Technical Project / Program Manager
Purpose: Acts as the traffic controller, organizing client deliverables, milestones, and partner relationships so projects finish on time and under budget without the founder's constant oversight.
Core Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of active IT implementation, digital transformation, and consulting contracts.

Manage project timelines, scope, resource allocation, and financials, serving as the bridge between technical engineers and client stakeholders.

Ensure strict alignment with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver performance-based outcomes.

Maintain documentation and metrics required for contract lifecycle audits and completion reports.
Key Requirements:
